In your opinion or exp. What is the best wire leader on the market with the lowest Visibility. I’m talking for fish like wahoo, barracuda, king fish, ect.

I prefer single-strand wire for wahoo for bait or casting jigs. It’s thinner than the multi-strand wire of the same strength, and moves through the water much more smoothly, and you don’t have a crimp making a lump in the leader just above the hook. You loop the ends with a haywire twist, which is nice and compact.
However, most San Diego long range crews don’t like them because if you clip the tag end off after making the twist it can leave a very sharp and dangerous point. To remove the tag end cleanly, you don’t clip it, but rather twist the wire until it shears off. The easiest way I’ve found to do this is with a small pair of vise grips — clamp down on the tag end, and work it back and forth until it comes off. (If you try this with your fingers it’s going to hurt.)
Another problem with single strand is kinking, but that’s not a real problem with 12-18 inch leaders. Have half a dozen made up in advance, and you’re good for a day’s fishing.
For trolling, the heavy multi-strand wire leader with crimps is better, since visibility isn’t as much of a factor, but flexibility and kink resistance matter more.
