Clearing the way
Despite the heavily overcast skies and threat of rain, 40 to 50 people gathered Monday at the Stevens Courts sporting hard hats instead of umbrellas. ¶ The group gathered to bid farewell to 14 of the 15 buildings of this vintage 1942 public housing complex.
