I would try fishing slow. Maybe with a trolling motor. I would use live bait. maybe with a slip bobber or a jig.

First of all try to fish on days that have little pressure, such as during the week if possible.Wednesday or thursday always seems the best because it gives the fish a few days to calm down after the weekend.
Next try something unusual that the fish are not used to seeing. ie.. if everyone uses live minnows for bait the bass are going to avoid them like the plague. Try live frogs or maybe spinner baits slow rolled across the bottom,
Hope this helps

Downsize your baits. maybe go with a shakey head worm or a drop shot rig. Find out what the other anglers are doing and try a different angle. Give the bass a different bait or presentation and you might be surprised

Alot of good advice above. You have to do something different. Different baits, find a ledge or offshore structure that doesn’t get fished as much

Some great advice on here really good stuff. I am going to throw something a little different at you though. Most lakes this size are fed by a stream or some form of moving water. Look for it. If your only getting 2 and 3 inch bluegills, then something is wrong, and your bank fishing only. So, look for the feed. See if there is a lake map and if you can find a current you’ll be on step ahead of the other guys. Places near these currents make great little hide aways for the natural bait that the fish live on. So, if you can find these areas then you can put in there. I am guessing that your using some small hooks since your only catching very small bream. Try using a #6 hook. You can also try looking for drop offs near you, if you can’t find a drop off, then look for natural cover and fish just beyond it.

Everyone else pretty well covered it try a different approach than the others and if you go to the moving water it should be a little warmer than the rest of the lake. so that will probably be an advantage to you. Try baits like crankbaits jigs, and spinnerbaits.
