Fishing Line to use ?
ByI am considered a rookie in fishing and i am not really sure what sort of fishing line i should use for my Reel. I have a few brands in mind such as Spiderwire , Berkley , Power Pro and Surecatch Live Braid. Can anyone tell me which of the brand above is the best ?

I always use Stren it is fluorescent and if your fishing at night
its handy to be able to see your line with an artificial light
the line will look 20 times bigger with a light.
It’s really not a better line, just handy and a habit.

Vicious Fluorocarbon line for good quality,
Trilene is a good choice also.

Power Pro by fare you can cast the furthest by far out of any other braid because of it’s perfectly round shape i would recommend 12 to 40lb test, i no it seems like a lot but power pro is much thinner than mono 30lb have the diameter of about 8lb mono.
and yes it’s worth the money
if you have to go with mono use suffix siege
it has gotten me thought thick and thin it is ultra corrosion resistance is very handy when fishing 4 bass in cover!!

Of-course each angler has their own views as to which line is the best, this is generally based on which one has worked best for them, or in some cases what they have heard other people saying about it. In my view i would use spider wire, but that’s only because i don’t use power pro that often and i like the feel of spider wire on my casts (also try sufix braid.) they are all quality lines, try them and as Ive already mentioned before see which line works best for YOU, happy fishing.

Power Pro.
Best choice for break strength vs. line diameter.
Non stretch so it has very good sensitivity..
Less likely to get hung up by digging into the line spool when under tension like Spiderwire does.
Good fishing. 73 from the Fisherman

Any name brand line should suffice so long as it matches the requirements for your reel. If your just a rookie dont worry so much about the gear just get out and experiment. You will find a line you like best as you gain experience.
