Missouri • SMITHVILLE : 61 degrees, murky, one-half foot high. Outlook: Burton’s Bait and Tackle reports: white bass good on Rooster Tails, Road Runners, jigs off windy points; crappies excellent on jigs, minnows in 10 feet of water in the brush; catfish fair on liver, night crawlers in the back of coves; bass poor to fair (a few are being caught on spinnerbaits, jigs, Brush Hogs in the shallows).
