@dannyboytoon I fish for small carp, around 1-10 lb. With a few pound line, once i got a carp i would say was over 20lb, was a massive fight. Then as i got the net, it snapped :/

Meh, using quite a heavy line, especially braided which increases strength, I’m no pro fisherman but I know it’s a lot harder on a lighter line and a lot more fun as well! I used to fish for small carp, 15lbs or so, on 5lb line, bait was bread. It was sweet, lost a few big ones though
