Has anyone else ever read the “profile” of Regular Folks United?

By

Talk about alienating people. So because I would rather go to an opera than have unnecessary dental work, eat healthy, don’t like NASCAR or country music, don’t know how to fish, and choose to be sensitive to the feelings and experiences of others in conversation and against cop killer bullets and automatic weapons means I’m not a regular person? It also implies that I don’t put my hand over my heart during the star spangled banner, am not religious, for extreme gun control, do not appreciate veterans and am not proud of the US because I am not “regular”. Does anyone else find this bothersome, or ever noticed this?
I love the quote pulled from Reagan, “On the farm, on the street corner, in the factory and in the kitchen, millions of us ask nothing more, but certainly nothing less than to live our own lives according to our values—at peace with ourselves, our neighbors and the world.” I want that too which is why I don’t understand why people think they can force their beliefs on others. Telling people what types of relationships they are allowed to have with their loved one, telling women what they can and cannot do with their bodies. I’m not trying to have a health care debate. I just was wondering if people has seen this. It seems like we all really want the same things, but for some reason in the execution things are getting convoluted.

No, and I don’t plan on reading it either. There is no reasoning with the right (wrong) wing, so really why should we even listen to them? The internet often seems to have a right (wrong) wing bias, but we have to remember that most liberals are out working, not sitting at home on the internet b*tching about the welfare department they themselves sponge from. I’ve met some of these people, and yeah they do exactly this. They also tend to use and/or sell drugs too, and then complain about drug addicts and such. They participate in armed protests and then cry about terrorism. The right (wrong) wing is the cornerstone of hypocrisy.
