you have to go get all four gears to put on round wheel with 4 pegs. (Third scene in this series). Once you have put the gears on correctly, the wall will open up and take you to three items in blue. Once you complete that, it will take you to the scene where you find the fish.

Once the puzzle is up, the map shows the previous 4 scenes. The fish is in scene 4, the frog is in the 2nd, the butterfly is in the 3rd, the dragonfly is in the 1st, the bird is also in the 1st, and the snake is in the 3rd scene. As you find each, remember to match the symbol above it. As each creature is matched with the correct symbol, the plates on the door will light up, so you’ll know you have a correct match. Once this done, the door will open.
