if you mean how do you put the line on you would just flip it open and spool it around it.
if you want to know how to cast it you open the bail and hold the string against the rod and when you do the casting motion you release near the top of your release (like how you would with a button caster)
its not that complicated at all, just look at the rod. when the bail is open the line will come out, when its not the line won’t
