I need help identifying an odd fishing pole?

By

I have an old fishing pole that I would like some history on. It is a telescopic 10 foot pole. It says on it” Still Fish” Toledo Ohio. It is a rod and reel combo. It has a built in fishing reel down by the cork handle. The fishing line runs up through the center of the pole. It is rather unique. Can you tell me any history about the pole or the company that made it? I cannot find anything.
Thank You

I believe what you have is a rod for fishing sabiki rigs for catching bait. it collapses so it is easy to stow away on a boat until you see live bait and then gets ready for action. Check it out I think that’s it.

See this link. I think these rod/reel combos were made for use like the old cane poles but with greater range and easier srorage. This web sight has a book on old fishing equipment and lures and this is one of the listed items. It is made as
Telescopic Poles & Still Fish Reels
Still Fish Reel Co.
Toledo, Ohio
