I need know what these fish like to eat, sting/bat rays halibut and mackerel.?

   It’s easy. They all eat smaller fish or other protein sources like dead fish carcasses, worms, clams or whatever else happens to be around.

   Now one of your fish I don’t recognize. I’ve never heard of a bat ray. If you mean a manta ray, it’s feeding habits are different. It has a big wide mouth and filters plankton from the sea. Same idea of smaller fish, but in this case it’s a micro organism that requires special filters to catch. I know in a whale the filters are called the baleen, but I’m not sure what it’s called in a manta ray.
