Is there a website that will tell you fish forecasts?
ByI live in Massachusetts, I fish for Stripers. I use Mackerel for bait. Every year, I just do not know when the Mackerel Are Here? They are in and out before you know it. I was wondering if there was a website that could tell me when they think that Mackerel, Stripers, Bluefish, are going to be coming to my area. I have checked several fishing charter website but they have not helped much.
Please help, first answer that gives me exactly what I need will get 10 points!

the old farmers almanac has some very useful information in it, it also has best times for fishing, tidal information, moon phases and much more.
Did you know Ben Franklin was the originator?

sorry not much help here,
you have to be on the ball, they are in quick and out quick, you need to find a local, some fishing resorts will tell you if they think they are coming and about what days they will be near you.

Try the Weather Channel. They let you pick a location and give a basic forecast…nothing species-specific, though. Look here to start:
