Dude, you should show how to straighten the spear over the fire, that spear is almost as bent as a boomerang

@nickdrowe If you want to dip your food in feces then grill it after, by all means feel free.

@antagonizerr Meat isn’t tainted if it’s grilled over an open flame, IDIOT

You could make a Gig for frogging and fishing and way easier to make.

@jollygreengiant820 The Inuit actually preferred them to 3 and 4 pronged spears for two reasons. 1) the backward hook held the fish better, especially on larger ones that slipped off, and 2) Actually the biggest reason; pronged spears often pop the bladders inside the fish spewing waste from the intestinal tract and stomach thereby tainting the meat.

who the hell would make that when you could make a pronged spear that works much better

You do not need to do all of that. All it takes to spear fish is, just take a regular spear, slowly move the spear close to the fish, then in one quick motion, pin the fish to the ground. Then simply bend down and grab the fish with your hand. In all reality, those hooks he made, probably won’t hold the fish onto the spear(because the fish will be flapping violently.)
