FAKE. They just happened to have a camera underwater at the time of the catch? Most likely it was an already caught fish on a line that he jumped on from the side of a boat.

@prawjekz That’s for THIS episode of the show they were filming. It’s expensive to make this so of course they staged it just to save money but it’s based on what the core group of guy’s actually do. Like every other fishing show it’s staged to make it entertaining. But these guys actually do this for real. They showed home video of these guy’s on a outdoor show on Versus not to long ago which is why this video has blown up but they are 100% real about doing this.

@MOTUL76 There is an interview where he describes how they filmed it to make it entertaining. He jumps from the heli and goes to the boat. He then later jumps on a fish they were releasing.
