We have 6 hunting dogs, but they do kill cats from time to time. I don’t like cats either, but what if people complain?
Arkansas. I think it’s legal here. Everyone is pro-hunting.

Looking at the type of questions you have asked in the past on Y! Answers, I would say with 100% confidence that this is a trolling question.

That’s horrible, how would you feel if someone killed your pet who you loved and cared for of course you should do something… Stop hunting thats bad enough but killing someones pet takes the p***!!!! And why should your dogs be allowed to kill cats, what just because you dont like them, i love dogs and wouldnt want anything bad to happen to them but i love cats to and your putting both of their lives in danger :@

if the dogs are doing this in a pack. You be in huge trouble. Dogs that kill anything in most states are to be restrained at all times. If the owners really love there cats you probably end up in small claims court. Or pay a fine. The dogs could be taken away from you. What do you think happen if your dogs were killed by another dog and you found out? You need check state law on this matter before you end up in a bad place. For you are being a dog owner responsible for their actions. Best of luck and yes can be normal. specially hunting dogs that are bread to tree kill or fetch dead animals. Really wish you well cause they are beautiful dogs. Dave
