Baits
#1. Striper- A 1/2 OZ White Jig with a “strip bait” would be optimum. Strip needs to be about 6″. Hyper-Striper Lures work well.
#2. Bluefish- Any “live” bait can be excellent (as well as Dead). If I were you I’d consider using a Spoon or a 1/2 OZ In-line Spinner.
#3. Flounder- 1/4-1/2 OZ Jig/Mud-minnow or Finger Mullet. OR a “Carolina Rig” with a Live Shrimp/Mud-minnow/Finger Mullet.
#4. Sea Bass- Live or Fresh Dead Shrimp.
#5. Croaker- Fresh Dead Shrimp.
