if your fishing for pompano you dont need a 10 or over foot rod i just use a light 5’6″ rod and cast right into where the waves are breaking

Pompano is a 10 on the taste scale. The only other fish rated 10 is grouper, and tuna.

Hey I was in Myrtle beach fishing I caught like 8 pompano and to many whitings and croakers but way more. near murrels inlet and apache peir

I was up at myrtle beach state park in sc this summer and I must have caught 30 fish! Just dropping it down next to the pier pilings!

it depends on what they want. i usually go down to the restaurants, and ask what are you guys planing on for fish. they say something like snapper, grouper etc. and they’ll pay you of corse i usually get about 15 dollars a fish. weight pending. But what ever is in season, i’ll catch and if i think there is too much for me, i go down and ask saying you guys need fish. Cos the fish they get are from there fleet, and you might be able to get a job on there fleet boat. I sell to harbor docks & Aj’s.

hey i have always heard of people selling pompano to restaurants but what restaurants do you sell them to and do you just go in there and ask them if they want some? just wondering if you could help me out thanks

shes not used to big slippery objects, or big rods from the way she held herself in the vid. lol
i live in fort pierce, and i gotta tell ya the best place to pompano fish is at the dog beach in west palm, on us1 right past mcarthur beech state park.
it is amazing, thier is also a reef their so i guess that is why but damn you catch soooo many.
i went snorkeling once and hand caught a nice 9 inch slippery dick, swear to god!

damn such a fine angler, if only my GF was that good, i’d be rich selling some pompano to some restaurants here in destin.
