Trying to get toned and lose fat, please help me out! (is this safe…?)?
By adminHi there, to start off, I’m 14 years old, 5′ 5″, and trying to lose my worst feature; MY STOMACH.
I will be going into high school this coming September and want to look my absolute BEST, so to achieve that, I’m going to try and change my lifetyle, and start losing my stomach, toning up my arms and legs, and just overall looking better as a whole. I have a pretty good plan set up, please tell me if you think this will work, if it’s too extreme, or if it won’t have good enough results!!
**MONDAY**
Breakfast: Whole grain bagel (no butter, jam, anything, just a bagel!!), 8 oz of fruit juice, 1 banana..
Lunch: Romain lettuce with balsamic vinegarette dressing, water.
Snack; Reduced fat wheat thins, low fat string cheese
Dinner; As I am only 14, my parents prepare dinner. this will be some sort of meat or fish, veggies, and some sort of grain, as always. I will drink water with it.
EXERCISE: Run 0.5 mile, 15 minutes on home gym weight set (reffered to as HGW from here), some swimming.
**TUESDAY**
Breakfast; Lowfat vanilla yogurt with granola and 2 strawberries.
Lunch; Peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread, 1 serving of fat free pretzel twists.
Snack; Apple
Dinner; See above
EXERCISE: Softball practice (1.5 hrs), some swimming, 10 mins. HGW
**WEDNESDAY**
Breakfast; Whole grain wheat toast, no butter, jam, etc., grapes, orange juice.
Lunch; Boneless, skinless chicken breast with whole grain rice and water.
Snack; Trail mix, minus cashews and M&M’s
Dinner; See above
EXERCISE: 1 mile jog, 20 min HGW, some swimming.
**THURSDAY**
Same as Tuesday
**FRIDAY**
Same as Monday
**SATURDAY**
Breakfast; Nutrigrain strawberry breakfast bar
Lunch; Ham and cheese sandwhich on french bread, about 4 inches.
Snack; Fruit of some type
Dinner; See above
EXERCISE; Softball games (2; 90 mins each)
**SUNDAY**
Same as Saturday
As you can see, I don’t drink soda, at ALL. Will this get me toned and lose my stomach by September if I begin it tomorrow? Is it TOO much?
Saturday and Sunday are so vauge because I dont have a lot of time to prepare meals those days, because I have softball tournaments every weekend.

You are not eating enough. You could lose a lot of weight from under eating, but you could get bad acne, your skin could turn yellow and your hair could fall out.
You need to know how many calories your eating everyday.
You should eat around 1600 5 days a week and 1200 2 days a week
these calories should be split up into 5 meals through out your day. as far as exercising goes do what you can i would recommend a good toning workout 3 days a week and 30 minutes of hard cardio 5 days a week
this is really hard at first but it works and its healthy if you do it this way you will boost your metabolism, which mean if you mess up one day your body can burn the extra calories for you! your hair and skin will be more healthy than it is currently!! Good LUCK

try taking a pilates class at your local ymca.
