I’ve done mostly river/stream fishing this year and I caught all my trout on a silver Mepp aglia 00 or a Silver Panther martin 1 with rooster tail. I like the Panther Martin better because of the action on the spinner, I feel like it catches more fish.

If I only had $15-30 to spend, what lures or soft baits would you guys suggest for purchase? I’m going for mostly bass and panfish. Anything that can catch multiple species actually. Any help?
