Why is my grandfather so “young”?

By

My grandfather is 70 years old, but, problem is, he still has his BLACK HAIR. He does NOT dye his hair, his hair is naturally black. Isn’t it unusual for a 70 year old person to not grow white hair? And, he is also full of energy, and he does not exercise or do any special training of the sort.

He used to smoked cigarrettes, but quit at age 50. This does not help with the fact that he is so “young.”

In comparison, my dad is 54, his head is full of white hair, and he gets tired easily. He continues to smoke cigarrettes, which he started to when he was a young man.

My grandfather always eats peanuts and fish, might that be the reason why he is so energetic and youthful? Maybe this is the secret recipe to a long life..

Notice that your gramps might be eating little or no red meat. You didn’t give his weight. I would bet he weighs less than your father by a considerable amount.

Things like hair color are hereditary, so I wouldnt understand why granddaddy wouldnt have gray or white hair.

Smoking cigarettes are stressfull on the body, so thats why he would be going gray and he gets twinded quickly. Now if your dad smokes, more than likely his eating habits arent the most healthiest.

Older men who eat right(salads, fish, poultry, little to no pork/red meat) dont smoke/drink, dont do drugs, take vitamins daily will be healthy.
