Will this make me muscular, ripped, cut, buff, whatever; will this work?
By5 days a week (Mon-Fri) I lift weights (for 1 hour in the evening).
3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) I go running (for 30 min in the morning).
2 days a week (Tue, Thur) I hit my punching bag (for 30 min in the morning).
With my weight lifting program I cycle through these three muscle groups; Back/Biceps/Abs, Chest/shoulders/Triceps, and Legs [about 3-5 sets (of about 10 reps) for each muscle].
I have a high protein diet with as little junk food as I can manage. I take my multi-vitamin, vitamin C powder, and fish oil. I also take “amplified wheybolic extreme 60″ GNC protien mix after my workouts, and one of their bedtime protien mix every night.
PLEASE ANSWER. Make suggestions for a better diet, workout program, anything, I need all the advice I can get.

Sounds good but remember to vary youre routine every month or so.
